Seven clauses

1. I

   Scope before code

   Every build starts with a written scope and a milestone schedule, and the number is attached to both before any code is written. Nothing gets added afterwards that you did not agree to.

   If the scope moves, the price and the schedule move in the same document you already have. You never have to ask what changed, because the change is the only thing on the page.

2. II

   Published pricing

   A project build starts at $5K. Custom platforms run past $50K. Bedrock, the white-label lending and credit infrastructure, is sold at $1.5K to $5K per month.

   Enterprise AI platforms commonly quote $97K to $500K a year and keep the figure behind a custom-pricing conversation. We publish the range first, then scope inside it.

3. III

   A product has a URL

   Twelve named ventures and public surfaces sit under the holding. Seven of them are live domains you can open right now, this one included, and two more run on subdomains. If an offer has no URL at all, we call it a plan rather than a product.

4. IV

   Numbers, or nothing

   Where a count exists we publish it: seven public domains, five federal grant programs LCHWM is targeting, four compute surfaces, three languages chosen per task, two operating states, one chemistry lab.

   Where a count does not exist, the space stays empty instead of getting an estimate. No usage figures for anything that has not launched, no percentage improvements we did not measure.

5. V

   Where someone else wins

   If you need a support desk that answers in the middle of your night, a contractual response time and an account manager who sits in your timezone, a large vendor will serve you better than we will.

   We take on fewer clients than we are asked to. That is the trade we made, so the person who scopes your build is the person who ships it.

6. VI

   Operating companies

   LCHWM runs the chemistry research and development out of Longmont, Colorado, and is targeting five federal grant programs, with GREA and Claude Science behind its software. Superior Chemical Co sells the products. The Arizona facility does waste mitigation through sorbent remediation under a 24% state R&D tax credit, with waste-to-energy and advanced-material manufacturing planned.

   Meridian sends its email distribution at 7:30 AM MST, after owner approval the previous day, and sends nothing over a weekend. These are operating businesses, not concepts.

7. VII

   What GREA builds

   GREA designs, builds and deploys the software: custom SaaS and consulting, automation agents, and apps for web, desktop and mobile. Code is written in Zig, Go or Rust depending on the task and the compute available, and optimized for the surface it runs on, whether that is Groq, SambaNova, Cerebras or quantum. Playwright drives real browsers when the work has to happen inside one.

   There is also a public catalogue of API keys, and it is free to use.
